This contract is made between [ ], hereafter referred to as the “STUDENT”, and MLC College of Business, Technology and Healthcare , here after referred to as the “INSTRUCTOR”, on this ______ day of _______________ in the year 201__. The details of the contract are as under.
1. The student has agreed to take a career-training course from the teacher for a total cost of $________+taxes. The fee consist of non refundable Registration fee of $500.00
2. The course is made up of _____ hours of instructional time and _____ hours of practice/exercise time.
3. It will be the student’s responsibility to complete the ______ hour’s practice/exercise time.
4. The student will pay all tuition in shape of cashier’s check or cash.
5. The act of making payment will constitute satisfaction on the part of student.
6. The tentative start date for the course is _______________.
7. The Instructor will provide all of the training material required for successful completion of training.
8. The training material described in point number 7 will become property of the student, which she/he may use for self-study. The material cannot be copied in any form, written, magnetic or electrical for distribution of any kind.
9. The student cannot use the material described in point number 7 to teach other students, friends or family.
10. The teacher will provide help up to a total period of three months after the training is over. The means of communications for such help will largely be through emails but the teacher allows the student to make contact via telephone if there is an emergency.
The College’s Fee Refund Policy
Full time students will receive a refund of tuition fees paid less $500.00 if you notify the administration office of your withdrawal from the course, in writing, any time from the fees were initially paid until the start of scheduled classes.
In the event you withdraw after the start of batch, the faculty will refund of the fees less $400.00 for each lesson attended or missed before deciding to dropout of course. There will be no refund, in whole or in part after 6th class lecture.
If your fees have not yet been paid in full, you will be required to pay any outstanding balance of your student account for the batch. Collection agencies will be engaged, if required. You will be liable to pay balance due plus interest, late fees, attorney fees and other costs as provided for by contract and statute.
Confidentiality
I hereby acknowledge that the information and documentation related to MLC and its clients and to which I will have access in the execution of my duties at MLC are of a confidential and important nature and belong to MLC or its clients, as the case may be.
The following information and documents constitute the confidential information or documents of MLC or its clients, as the case may be: methodology, all information related to processes, formulas, research and

development, products, financial information, marketing information, names and lists of customers, employee/contractors and suppliers as well as related data, computer programs, all software developed or to be developed including flow charts, source and object codes, as well as all other information or documents that if disclosed would cause a prejudice to MLC or its clients.
Consequently, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to:-
Respect the confidentiality of any confidential information or documentation related to MLC and its clients. During the period of my all research, development, presentations, documentation, software, methodology or any information as stated above will be solely the property of MLC. Never use to my profit, or for other purposes without prior written consent from MLC, any confidential information or documentation related to MLC and its clients; Never reveal, publish or otherwise disclose the existence, source, content or substance of any confidential information or documentation, except to MLC employee/contractors who have a need to know in the exercise of their functions and who have signed a confidentiality agreement containing terms and conditions similar to the present; To hand to my superior or any MLC officer, any and all confidential information or documentation related to MLC and its clients, which would be in my possession. To be bound by this confidentiality commitment agreement, even after the termination of my training at MLC.
Intellectual Property Rights
In addition I undertake to never use, reproduce or distribute, in whole or in part, other than in the exercise of my duties at MLC, the software used at MLC.
I agree to take all reasonable precautionary measures to prevent damage, loss or theft of MLC property that will eventually be put at my disposal to perform my work as such: cellular phone, pager, computer, access cards, corporate credit cards, books etc, and all other MLC property that will be in my custody or control. I also agree to immediately return to MLC at the request of MLC property then in my possession.
At the end of my association with MLC, I agree not to divulge or use, for my own benefit or that of a third party, MLC’s and its client’s trade and confidential information, nor to use or distribute MLC’s internal material provided to me in any form.
Avoidance of Conflict of Interest
I shall act at all times with diligence and show ethics towards MLC and in such a way as to safeguard my MLC interests. In particular, I agree not to place myself in a conflict of interest position, that is, in a situation that would allow me to advance my personal interests, or those of a third party, at the expense of those of MLC.
MLC Property
I agree to take all reasonable precautionary measures to prevent damage, loss or theft of MLC property that will eventually be put at my disposal to perform my work /training as such: computer, access cards, books etc, and all other MLC property that will be in my custody or control.

No Competition
During the term of my training, I shall not do anything, even outside my training hours, in view of creating a company to compete with MLC.
At the end of my training with MLC, I agree not to divulge or use, for my own benefit or that of a third party, MLC’s and its clients trade and confidential information, nor to use or distribute MLC’s client list.
I also agree during that same period to not solicit or recruit, directly or indirectly, any employee/contractor of MLC, either on my own or that of a third party nor to communicate with them in view of inducing them to leave MLC.
I certify that I have read, understood and have received a copy of this enrolment contract. The undersigned student hereby undertakes and agrees to pay, or see to payment of, the fees specified in this Enrolment Contract in accordance with the terms of this Enrollment Contract.
I acknowledge that I have received copies of all contract and terms policy followed by MLC College.
MLC college of Business Technology & Health Care does not guarantee employment for any student who successfully completes a non-vocational program offered by MLC College. The program is not governed under PCC Vocational Program guidelines as it is non-vocational and this contract is not enforced by the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
