Strategic Human Resources Planning can be used to drive organizational goals and have solid impact on strategic decisions. This course will help students to anticipate and understand how an organization decides on its strategy, learning skills that will enable you to methodically navigate change to synchronize organizational and human resource strategies. As you build a framework for evaluating change management, you will also explore change management principles and models and look at how external environmental factors affect organizational strategy and executive-level decision-making. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to do strategic workforce planning, Financial Planning and Change management.
